Canada is a much better option for many, because pay is closer to us but people also get nice healthcare. The best option would be Switzerland. On the other hand in Eu there are places where qol is much better compared to what you can get in us(be that Netherlands, Denmark, some parts of germany/france/spain) and this qol is improving each ear even in poorer eu countries.
