Does YC accept applications from South East Asia ? This is the place where there will be a lot of growth opportunities but very few funding options. Should people register the company in Singapore to make it easier to apply to YC?

YC certainly accepts applications from Southeast Asia and I don't think you need to worry about registering in Singapore.
