They do. Just as they have professional casters, there are some talented folks who specialize in smoothly transitioning to camera angles above, as well as switching first person views so that you don't miss key kills, etc.
This reminds me of how Game Freak sent their recent Pokemon remake out to another studio to work on with different technology while Game Freak makes new franchise IP. 2 examples doesn't make a pattern but is this a known business strategy within game development?
I'd like to note for other commenters that no one has actually answered the question being asked. Not to speak for the OP but the spirit of the question in my mind has more to do with how long before you reach the minimum threshold of proficiency to honestly say you know a given language.
Astute observation! I appreciate the other responses and have found some useful take-aways. But yes, the nature of my question was not how to present what I know, but rather about benchmarks I should aim to achieve.
