Awesome move to help a simple user in need. hats off.

Talk about brand value destruction.

The art is actually making sure it all stays defined behavior

An amazing, herculean effort! thumbs up to Andrew

This preservation of old OS is important.

Spread the word, this needs to reach anyone who's interested in it.

Since there is a multitlude of whatabout...

Oberon?

More specially all variants.

Oberon, Oberon System 3, Oberon-2, Active Oberon (AOS/BlueBottle), Component Pascal, Zonnon, Oberon-07

That's why we worked very hard to create the ultimate, nothing held back tool and recently launched it. Works across any device/user/platform.

UI, CLI, Local network, over the internet, anything. P2P + E2EE.

Not interested in an over-over-the-internet solution. What makes Airdrop good is that it's local.

Works locally too, for local transfers.

We've made the one true, and ultimate, cross platform P2P + E2EE data transfer tool out there.

Both UI and CLI with complete feature parity on any device/OS, between the same user's devices and between users.

iOS App 10€/month Hmm - no.

It's free. doh.

Don't forget his LZEXE from the good old DOS days which was an excellent piece of work at the time.

I remember LZEXE from those olden days. When I discovered the author of FFmpeg and QEMU also created LZEXE, I was so impressed. I've been using his software for my entire computing career.

It's similar to the respect I have for the work of Anders Hejlsberg, who created Turbo Pascal, with which I learned to program; and also C# and TypeScript.

Self-decompressing executables felt like magic to me at the time. Fantastic work, overall.

Reading about APE similarly sparkled me - the amount of ingenuity and sheer amazingness (if not perhaps a touch of depravity) that goes into these kinds of endeavors is awe inspiring.

Down detector slop

LOL. Sorry. really. LOL.
