The "Get Involved" page [0] mentions that already : "You don’t have to be a C++ guru (or even know what that means!) to get involved. You just have to love the Web". I guess this page is specifically for programmers.

This is not a PDF reader but a graphics library.

When bitcoinica shut down operation, there wasn't any signficant change in the price of bitcoin in either direction.

Also, it's a really bad idea to use ad-hoc reasoning after-the-fact to explain why the price rose or goes down. There could be multiple reasons and multiple events why the price of bitcoin rose as it did. Sometime, there's no reason at all.

I've been looking for years for a good reference that says "human are bad at probability estimation", but this one doesn't seem to work: he's simply saying that we're very good at estimating regular risks (if I understand correctly).

It checks for the referer to avoid inline linking[0], so this won't affect GitHub Pages.

In France, Paris, Lyon and Marseille have multiple postal codes, and some postal codes are used for multiple cities (postal codes were attributed to delivery offices in 1972, and new offices now use the number of the nearest numbered office).

(And no, Ziptastic doesn't work for French postal codes.)
